If you have not used this product before, you are really missing out!!!! Cantu Shea Butter Oil Sheen Spray is one of the best products on the market for ethnic hair. It moisturizes your hair from the roots to the ends. It has the right amount of balance so that my ends are not brittle and my roots are not greasy. There are no visible split ends or flyaways. I have relaxed hair and have struggled to find the right kind of oil sheen that will keep my scalp from feeling itchy. After years of searching for the right oil sheen with the right amount of moisture, I think I have finally found the one. It gives me just enough moisture without weighing my hair down or making my scalp feel greasy. It smells wonderful, like you've just set foot on a tropical island. As with most hair sprays, the trick to using this oil sheen is to make sure you do not go overboard. It is very easy to get trigger happy with this spray. If that happens, both your hair and scalp will feel greasy. No one wants that!!! It's fairly easy to find Cantu Oil Sheen at a beauty supply store or mass merchandise store. The price is in line with what you would expect from products designed for ethnic hair.

I am always searching for better hair products for my daughter. Her hair is a mix between me and my husbands. He is african american and I am a mix of white and hispanic. My daughters hair is thick and super curly and gets very dry. The problem I usually have is that products that are primarily for african american hair tend to be too oily and heavy for her hair but other products are not moisturising enough. This spray has been fantastic. It is a great finishing spray to keep her curls looking soft and defined while not looking oily or clumpy. It also smells fantastic which is a plus since my daughter loves it, in fact she loves it so much I have to put the spray on the top shelf in the bathroom or she will get into it and spray it on all her baby dolls. All in all this is most definitely a keeper. I will purchase this product again and again. It might not be the cheapest hair product but it is not the most expensive and is a great value for the money.
