Canon - powershot SD1100IS Digital Camera Review

About 2 years ago my boyfriend gave me this camera, after my Kodak camera got broken,by his daughter and friends.I knew I needed a new one, but had become comfortable with the last one.  My first thoughts were:  it's small,and attractive and probally a pretty good camera, the price was relatively the same.  The first night, it was given to me... at my birthday party I started taking pictures...not knowing really how to use it...to my surprise the photos came out really good.  I loved my last camera and had learned how to use every setting, this one, although pleased with the shots I had taken,I really dreaded re- learning another camera's in's and out over again.  RE: functions and all it could do to...perfect my pictures. I  read a few tips, but really still to this day am taking really clear, great photos and have not had to go into the depth of the manuel,  this is surprising to me.  I guess someday I will learn the in's and out's of this camera too, but...this takes time, which with my schedule I do not have much of...So I gotta say, if anyone want's a camera to point and shoot...this is the one...Can you imagine when I actually have to time to learn it??? I am totally satisfied just pointing and shooting and getting a great photo each time.  Someday...maybe... I will get even better photos, although that seems crazy, since the photos now are as good or better than any camera I have ever had.
