This all in one print/copy/fax/scan machine by Canon is fantastic!  I purchased this to use in my new home day care a few months ago and it has done everything I needed it to.  It comes with an e-manual that makes it very easy to search for what you need help with or have a question on without having to flip back and forth through a paper manual.  The print quality is amazing.  The refill toner cartridges are reasonably priced directly from Canon, but for those of us who like to save money (and who doesn't!), off-brand cartridges that do a great job can be found on numerous websites. Another feature that I love is the fax to email capabilities.  I had to use this function when my fax line was down.  I was able to scan the pages I needed to fax onto my computer and then attach them in an email to the person I needed to contact. I have owned this machine for three months and have not run into any problems with any of the features.  I have greatly utilized the e-manual to learn how to do everything, but it has been relatively simple!
