Canon - Rebel XTi Digital Camera Review

As an amateur hobbyist photographer, I was ready to advance from my point and shoot digital camera to a digital SLR that would offer me more flexibility.  The Canon Digital Rebel XTi was the perfect fit for me.  It has all of the manual features I was looking for in a digital SLR, yet it still offers a wide array of automatic settings for those times when I don't want to have to think about how to set my camera for the event I am photographing. 

I liked the fact that I could use the lens I already owned from my film Canon EOS camera with the Canon Digital Rebel XTi body, therefore saving me the expense of purchasing new lenses.

Canon offers a wide array of lenses and accessories that can be purchased to use with the Rebel XTi.  I have no problems easily finding the lenses or accessories I'm looking for at local photography stores or online photography stores.

The Canon Rebel XTi body and accessories are a bit pricey for an amateur photographer who is just starting out, but the quality of the Canon products are worth the price.
