If you want a top of the line point and shoot camera then this is the best to buy.  Very easy to use and great pictures.  This is the second canon point and shoot i've owned and i'll never switch to anything else.  Very cool features but take time to read the book becasue than you can use all of them.

EVERY PIC POSTED IS THE ORIGINAL AND UNTOUCHED.... ALSO I LIKE TO TAKE PICTURES BUT I JUST CLICK AND SHOOT, SO IT'S THIS CAMERA THAT DOES ALL THE GOOD WORK.

Thanks for the explanation...I really do like the effect that it gives the photos. BTW, I also moved your review to the SD900, as you indicated that's the proper camera for this review.

the images i posted are ones from my camera with out touchups however i just relized that i post them under the wrong one... mines is the SD900 it's the same camera with the same technology except it's a 10mp and no image stablization. but yes you can set it to only pick up one color.

I like the images that you attached...does the camera do the blue filtering, or is that something you did post-processing on your computer?
