Canon PowerShot SD750

What is it?
The Canon PowerShot SD750 Digital Camera
has 7.1 megapixels, 3x optical zoom, face focus, video capabilities and so much more.
The LCD monitor is 3" big making it easier to review your photos that you have taken.
You can take pictures manually or on auto settings.
The Canon PowerShot SD750 is lightweight and very easy to use.

My Viewpoint!
I'm not a techie when it comes to all the features that a camera can do, which is why I only listed the ones I know this camera does, above.
What I do know is that this is a great camera to have handy for any occassion.  I like to keep it in my purse because there have been many moments that I wished I had my camera and didn't and let's just face it...camera phones aren't the same!

I have owned 2 other Canon cameras before I purchased the Canon PowerShot SD750. One of them was a larger, more expensive camera with 12x zoom and is more suited for long distance and events since it was too big and bulky to carry around.  I wanted something smaller im size but big in production.
My local Best Buy associate was very knowledgable about digital cameras and when I explained that I wanted a "purse" camera from Canon...he directed me right to the Canon PowerShot SD750.  It has everything I need and more. I'm still learning about all the features that this small camera offers.

I use the Canon PowerShot SD750 daily, outside and in.  It produces the best close-up pictures of any camera I have owned.  They come out clear, precise and the color is absolutely stunning.

There are two reasons I don't give the Canon PowerShot SD750 5 stars:
1. The flash isn't that great.  When taking pictures of something in the distance, the flash isn't strong enough and the picture doesn't look great....hence the ballet picture i have included.
2. Where the flash is located.  There isn't much room to hold onto the camera since it's so small.  In the beginning, I kept forgetting about the flash and wanting to hold the camera a certain way.  Now, I am scared to death of the flash not working, so I always check my hand placement when holding the camera.

For a small camera with 7.1 megapixels, at a great price $199.00, this camera is all that I wanted and then some.  I, always, recommend Canon cameras and think that the Canon PowerShot SD750 is a great camera to have.

Canon tends to make good stuff. I have a Sony camera myself, but I looked at this one. Great details! thanks!
