I love my Powershot camera! I have had it for years now and it has never disappointed me. There are so many great features to this camera, from being able to take pictures in black and white or sepia to being able to suddenly change to taking videos instead with a simple flick of a switch. I love how easy this camera is to use and how wonderful the quality of the photos are. Even without flash, with a little bit of learning it's been easy to still take excellent photos. I was able to take some beautiful no-flash photos of my newborn in the hospital that I will treasure forever! There are times when you can take an excellent photo with this camera that is comparable to a much pricier camera. I take this camera with me everywhere, especially with little children you never know when they will do something I want to photograph or videotape. It has been a great and durable little camera, even when my two year old got her hands on the camera she was able to take several pictures but not damage the camera at all.

as a new parent, we love this camera. it is small enough to fit in our pocket if we go anywhere. it is very versatile. you can adjust any feature to fit the picture you are about to take. the battery has a long life before the next charge. the screen is as big as the camera which is awsome. it allows for super clarity.

This has been a great camera for me. Small enough to carry in my purse and takes wonderful pictures.  Everyone at work cannot believe the great pictures it takes.  I always have it with me cause you never know when you might need it.  My whole family only buys Canon.  We have never had any problems with them except we use them so much the button coating rubs off.

The Canon PowerShot SD630 has a pleasant handful of features that give its tiny form a nice amount of flexibility. Canon couples a 6-megapixel CCD with a 35mm-to-105mm (35mm equivalent) zoom lens. The lens has a pretty narrow maximum aperture of f/2.8 to f/4.9, with a shutter-speed range of 1/1,500 second to 15 seconds, average numbers for models in this space. The camera has automatic, program, and manual exposure modes with a range of plus or minus 2EV in 1/3EV steps, which is also on a par with the competition. Its sensitivity range goes as high as ISO 800; that's not quite as much as Fujifilm's and Sony's latest offerings, but it will still give you more low-light flexibility than most cameras of its size.

Canon SD Powershot 630.  The best camera on the market for the price and quality.  Everyone that has a digital camera by another brand wants to trade me for mine.  The features beat out all others.  This camera is also diver-friendly with the right casing.  I believe it can go down to depths of 200 feet!  Amazing.  The picture quality is un-surpassable.  It picks up small, minute details and auto-focuses just before the shot is taken.  You can change setttings according to movement/sports/pets and night/day/nature and black/white/sephia.  The camera's LCD screen is 2.5 inches, so you are able to see the picture in a larger view than most.  The camera is the size of a credit card and fits in my smallest clutch purse!  I love it.  I highly recommmend this camera to even the most tech-savvy person out there.  I have owned this camera for 4 years now and don't intend on buying another one.  This camera is durable and has been dropped a few times....no damage.  The battery life is unsurmountable!   I can snap a hundred photos each night for a week and look at every one a few times and still not run out of life.  There is a warning light that comes on well in advance before the camera shuts down due to low battery.  The charger is compact as well and fits anywhere.  You cannot go wrong with this camera!  Go out and buy a Cannon SD Powershot!  Best you'll ever have!

Attention! I believe Canon makes some of the best digital cameras, and the SD630 is proof! Firstly, this camera is stunning. It's light and small, but has a very large black screen covering most of the back of it. With few buttons, it's easy to work too! The picture quality is great, and even better when you use the editing features on the camera. It has many modes to help you take the best picture you can depending on your surroundings. If the exposure is too high, it can wash objects out, but that is easily fixable. Taken from far away, the pictures lose detail, but that is true with any camera. The lens is very high quality, and so is the rest of this camera. It may not be as good as the newer canons, but it definitely will do you justice and take beautiful photographs that can be shown off on the large screen. The lithium battery is also nice because it is rechargeable. The zoom is decent enough and the flash can help prevent bluriness. There is not much bad to say about this camera, worth the money and guaranteed to make you smile not only in your pictures!

I have had this SD630 Canon PowerShot digital camera for almost 3 years now. I am a fan of Canon cameras and I had one before. This camera takes awsome pictures! I went to Boston one day at night and I could take the most beatiful pictures I have ever taken! They came out perfect. It has a lot of options for many different scenarios. So far I can tell it is very durable. I never had any problems with it and believe me use this camera a lot! It has taken well over 4 thousand pictures! It has a very good resolution and it delievers sharp images. I would not change this camera for any other comparable from a different brand. I went to NY on the 4th July and took pictures of the fire works and they were good, the only thing is that you have to hold still; what I do, I put on the 10 secs delay, so I hit the shooting button and the picture is taken after 10 seconds, so you can hold it still better and the pictures come up nicer. Highly recommended!

This has been a great camera that I have used for years, and has made me a Powershot user for life. This version get rids of the view lens to make space for a larger LCD, and it's totally worth it. After all, who actually uses the viewport in point and shoot camera anymore? The only thing I really miss with this, and it's more a point-and-shoot issue than a problem with this particular camera, is the zoom just isn't strong enough for really good nature pictures...especially animals that you may not particularly care to get extremely close to. I've made of the stich feature quite a bit which allows you to build panoramic pictures, and the video feature takes pretty good quality videos and captures sound well.

I love this camera.  It fits everywhere, takes clear pictures with great color, and is durable enough to swing around in my purse for six months without suffering.  What more can you ask from a camera?  I've loaded hundreds of grandson pics onto my computer with this camera and I don't intend to stop there... my granddaughter is due in less than a month! My granddaughter has arrived now and the camera is having all kinds of fun taking pics of the grandkids and the farm animals.  It still works beautifully, despite the fact that it isn't top of the line any longer.  It doesn't do great truly close close ups, which is a shame, but it does do wonderful pics of all other types.  I love looking at the pictures of the deep snowfalls from winter while it's hot and humid in the summer.  Helps me to stop complaining about the weather!  All in all it's a pretty nice camera.  Canon is one of my favorite brands to begin with, and this camera is no exception to the rule that they make great products.

I love the Canon Powershot SD630. It has so many cool features, including accenting (which is my favorite)- you can make one color stand out of a black and white picture(accents the color...). I definately recommend the Canon Powershot SD630. It's a great little camera, that takes good quality pictures. Anyone who is debating on getting the Canon Powershot 630, SHOULD.
