Great for a first camera

clear photos, Comes with computer cables, Clear, high quality photos, Nice Size Screen, great value for the money, fast shutterspeed, Great zoom ability, great to use for babies, long battery life, easy to use, many options, Small, Many features, small and portable, Easy to download pix, Uses standard SD cards, Easy to use- just point and shoot, sub-compact size, Comes with charger, Fits easily in a pocket or purse., large and bright screen

Cons

you can't use AA batteries as a back up, Newer versions are available

Canon - PowerShot SD600 Digital Camera —

I Love this camera, I got this camera as a christmas gift and have taken it everywhere with me ever since. I've had the camera now for 2 years and never had any problem with it. It is very durable and compact. The 2.5" LCD screen is wonderful and not easily scratched. There are also lots of options to customize your picture such as blk/wht,sophia,night,firework,beach,snow,ect modes.The video mode is also great. The cameras battery last me through out the dayand is easy to charge also comes with a great little compact battery charger. I would recommend this camera to anyone from first time buyers to any amateur photographer.
