battery is rechargable, big screen, functions are easy, manual is descriptive and easy, Not to small not to big.

Canon - PowerShot SD500 —

This camera is small, easy-to-use, and economical. Very important for me, it has a viewfinder. I can't see an LCD screen without my reading glasses and, if I wear my reading glasses, I can't see what I'm taking a picture of. So having a viewfinder that allows me to see the picture without my reading glasses is critical.

Pictures are of excellent quality, capable of being reproduced at a commercial quality level.

Manual is easy to read and the functions are quite simple to understand.
