I truly love this little camera. It cost me under $150 at Target, and I've been very impressed. I love the fact that it's so small, but has a nice size LCD display. It takes great pictures, as well as quality video. It seems to have a very good battery life, as well. I'm not very good with cameras, but even I have gotten great pictures with it. Consumer Reports rated it very well, which was one of my motivations in buying it. Since purchasing the camera, I have to agree that it's well worth the money. It's relatively quiet, and seems to be quite user friendly. I can snap lots of pictures quickly and easily. I've had no problems with the lens like I did with my Casio Exilim, either. The SD1100 cost half the price of the Exilim, and I like it a whole lot better! It's the perfect size to always keep with me in my purse, so I've got it whenever I need it. I think Canon really got it right with this one, down to the little things. For instance, there's a little indentation in the shape of the camera on the front of one side. Believe it or not, it makes a big difference in how comfortable the camera is for holding for a long period of time. I would highly recommend the Canon SD1100!
