Canon - PowerShot S2 IS Digital Camera —
Canon has delivered a simple to use and high quality camera for a great price. The special features on the camera allow for flexible picture taking without a lot of camera knowledge. I was impressed with the ease of use for changing options and viewing pictures.The Canon S2 IS takes high quality photos that can be cropped and still retains great quality. The pictures can be blown up to large sizes without losing the quality. One negative comment is the camera is lousy at taking action shots. The video camera function on is great also. I did not think I would use that feature as often as I have.
The optical zoom feature is also outstanding. The optical zoom has made the difference between great pictures and subpar pictures. The digital zooms just can't compete. Overall I would highly recommend this camera.
