I purchased my Canon Powershot camera in July 2008.  I am a member of a motorcycle club and my group travels through many states during the summer riding season.  For years I would purchase the disposable 35mm cameras.  I would take quit a few photos and found myself storing the cameras and never developing the photos.  On the rare ocassions when I would remember to take the cameras in so that the photos could be developed, I would almost have to take out a personal loan to pay for all of the extra copies that were needed for all club members.  With my new Canon Powershot, I am able to download the photos daily to my lap top and forward all of the photos to my club members within hours of taking the photos.  I don't know how I ever lived without my Canon Powershot. The camera comes with a memory card, but I upgraded my memory card so that I could store more photos.  Batteries were also included, but I bought the rechargeable batteries.
