We bought the Cannon PowerShot A620 right around my daughters second birthday three years ago.  I am now hooked on digital cameras.  I don't thing we will ever buy a 35mm film camera again. The PowerShot A620 has been a wonderful camera for us.   It was reasonably priced for the features that it has.  It has tons of settings such as portrait, night scene, landscape, indoor, snow, foliage, kids&pets, underwater(have to have a water-poof cover), fireworks, beach, and so much more.  You can set it to auto if you are a novice like me or you can experiment with the manual settings to get exactly...

I was really impressed with the Canon Powershot A620 digital camera.  It takes great photos with amazing detail and has a good zoom.  Even if you're not very familiar with photography, the automatic settings work well.....and they have plenty of settings to change for those of you who understand that kind of stuff (that would not be me!!!).  There are specialized settings for fireworks, nighttime shots, kids/pets, snow, etc. and the macro feature lets you take amazing photos of up-close objects.  Macro is definitely my favorite feature!  Also, you can make panoramic photos using the software...

I have had my Canon PowerShot A620 digital camera for just over three years now.  I purchased it on Amazon.com after reading every review on every camera within my budget.  The camera was a great value to start with, but I waited a couple months and inevitably, Amazon had it on sale.  I have never experienced any problems mechanically with the camera and it takes great pictures.  I don't usually get pictures printed, being a digital scrapbooker, but when I need gifts the prints always turn out great.  And I can enlarge the prints as big as I want, although 4x6 is usually sufficent.  I like...

An amazingly easy to use camera and definitely the best camera I have ever used. Highly recommended and very very affordable. The price is another amazing attriibute to this camera. The camera is very affordable. The only downside is that it kills batteries quickly. I would suggest buying a 4 pack of rechargeable batteries so you always have some fully charged to save money and time.

Canon PowerShot A620 is great.  It has a big viewfinder to see through.  It has an easy to find and use zoom and click button. The options are as simply or complex as you want to get into.  The menu is well set up and easy to follow as is the written manual.  It takes great quality pictures, not grainy at all.  It also does very very good on closeups.

It's a pretty good for everything camera, I especially like the flip screen, though the LCD is a little small. The flash is ok. I have nothing to complain if it can do a bit better in capturing red. it's pretty crispy, but whenever it comes to red, simply awful
