Canon - PowerShot A550 Digital Camera Review

I was in New Mexico over the summer and had taken my husband camera on the trip which worked fine, until I dropped it and had to replace it right away. I went to a local office supply store and they had one Canon Powershot camera left. After careful study about this one with the salesman, I bought it. I loaded the memory card from the old camera right into the new one and was off taking pictures. The zoom is great, but can be somewhat fuzzy pictures. It's not a Nikon and you will not get Nikon quality pictures, but for the price, it is a good choice. Particularly if you are like me and do not care for all the gizzmos and gadget fads and simply want a quality picture from a usable camera, this camera is one to check into. Moving around within the camera is easy and so is the download of pictures. Overall the pictures are hit or miss in quality because of the lens and zoom, but again for the money it is still a good quality camera.
