Canon - PowerShot A520 Digital Camera Reviews

I recieved the Canon Powershot A250 as a gift from my little sister, it was my very first digital camera. I have had this camera for three years and it still works like the first day I got it. My eleven year old daughter and I have dropped it so many times on accident and it still works great and does not even have a scratch on it. There are about 13 different selections for taking digital pictures and video. The zoom is better than some other brands of cameras I have tried. Now I have three digital cameras and I still use only the canon because it works the best and takes the greatest pictures....

4.0 mega pixels, multiple settings(manual, automatic, portrait, fast/action), video feature, sound settings (great for animal/baby pictures).

This camera is easy to use.  Just pick the setting, point and shoot.  Or you can set it to manual and mess around with the settings yourself for some very interesting outcomes.  You can also set it to take black and white photos, which is my favorite.  The fast/action setting is also great.  I take lots of action pictures of my dog and they come out great! 

It has a pretty good zoom for the more affordable camera and has really great picture...

 Yes It takes great photos and is easy to use with nice features. Of Course that only happens when the camera is not malfunctioning.I bought the camera and  had problems with it. It turns off when its not supposed to and sometimes the camera lens doesnt retract when the camera is off last time it stayed that way for 2 days before it finaly retracted. I sent it back to the manufacture for repairs as I was instructed to do and it took several months to get it back. Then it malfunctioned again after 1  month. I have never recieved any satisfaction

I recomend this camera to everybody. Ive had it for 2 years and it still works as new. The best thing about it is that it has many features. I Love that I can record videos besides taking pictures. Canon always makes the best cameras; I do not trust any other brands.

Now, since it's been a couple of years since this camera came out, it will be much cheaper to get. This makes it a perfect gift; saves you money, and makes someone else happy.

- It's been a reliable camera that takes clear pics. Just point, focus and shoot.  It has many options that makes it easier to take pics.

- It also takes AVI video but it's limited to (3) minutes.

- Pics and video are stored on SD cards.  When one fills up, slide in another one.

- Take it with you anywhere so you won't get caught saying " I wish I had a camera! "
