Canon - Power Shot SD1000 —

I bought this camera about 5 months ago and it has been great! The pictures always come out clear, and there are some really nice features. It is small and has a high resolution 2.5 inch, scratch resistant LCD screen. It also had face detection and red eye reduction. I looked for a camera for a while and when I checked the Best Buy website, I noticed that the SD-1000 had the best reviews for the cameras in its price range. What really sold me was the fact that is was on sale for $179! In the end, I am extremely happy with my purchase, and have had absolutely no problems with the camera since I purchased it. I would definitely recommend it. You can't go wrong with a Canon!!
