Canon PIXMA iP 1600 Color Printer —
This printer is great because it is lightweight, can be moved anywhere and uses a usb device which means no screwing and unscrewing of printer cables everytime you don't want to use it. It print color and black and can fit easily onto the desktop or under it. The ink cartriges are about 25 dollars each for the coor and black but refill kits are available for about 10 dollars on ebay or such site and can last you a long times. Refill kits are however to be used only about once because they tend to malfunction afterwards.
