Great 'easy to use' printer

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I received this Canons printer last month and I must say that is incredible and surprisingly easy to use. It may look complicated but far from it. You can use it for any type of projects it will do it absolutely all. Colors are bright and vary durable so you don't need to spend extra money on buying a new paint. The speed is pretty good but not the best in this class of printers. You got standard drivers for windows and mac OS that are like printer joy to use. Finally if you are looking for a printer that will get a job done and in process make you happy every day you rally need to buy this Canon printer.

I love the Canon PIXMA MX340 wireless printer

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I love the Canon PIXMA MX340 All-In-One Inkjet Printer. I got this printer for around $60 and it am totally and completely satisfied. This all in one printer is small and it fits nicely underneath my desk. This printer also prints with exceptionaly quality and the ink lasts a really long time. It still prints well even it you put it on the lowest quality setting. Pictures come out really nicely from this printer also. The fax on this is easy to use and the fax quality is really nice. The scanning quality is also very beautiful. When something is scanned onto the computer it comes up with really nice color. One problem with this printer though, is that if you lose the CD to install the printer, then you'll have a hard time finding the right one online. There were a ton of different things to install on the website and none of them are the same as the CD. After I lost the CD, I couldn't find the software to install the wireless portion of this printer.

This Canon Pixma MX340 is a great one!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

My husband purchased a Canon printer that prints and prints photos also and it prompted me to buy a Canon. So I purchased a Canon Pixma MX340 the All-in-one printer. The print quality is awesome. I love the idea of being wireless and having no wires for me to print and less things I have to hook to my laptop. My family also can print to it so I don't have to put the printer on a network and keep my laptop constantly running and having to have extra wires running. I noticed that the only drawback is that when connected to the phone line for faxes that the printer cannot detect a phone call from a fax. It prints and faxes pretty fast. I have purchaed other all-in-one printers and was not that pleased with them.

Canon MX340 all-in-one is fantastic!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

We got our Canon PIXMA MX340 Wireless all-in-one printer, scanner, fax and copier a couple of months ago and we're incredibly happy with it!  Some printers suck up so much ink or make you print an alignment page (a total waste of ink) each time you replace a cartridge - but this one doesn't do that and we love it!  We bought it mainly for the wireless feature and couldn't be happier.  We have a lap top downstairs and a desktop computer upstairs and both are linked wirelessly to this printer and it works great! It was very easy to set up the wireless capabilities and not at all frustrating which was a huge plus - we're not very tech savvy!  We really like the option for automatic feed for the fax.  Canon makes an XL ink for it - basically it's just a larger capacity ink cartridge and that's been a huge plus as well, as we don't have to change the inks as often.  It's definitely a high quality machine and we're very satisfied with it!

affordable wireless all in one printer

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

The canon MX340 all in one inkjet wireless printer was super affordable and does an excellent job of printing black and white papers and also color pictures. We picked ours up for about $80 and use it all the time. I love being able to print from the other side of the room without having to plug a cord into my laptop. It doesn't take long to burn through the black ink cartridge that was included so we bought the extended use cartridge when we replaced it, it's supposed to print more pages for about the same price, and it only cost about $20. The Pixma is lightweight and can easily be moved when needed. This printer comes with print and fax software to load on your computer. You have to plug a usb cable into the printer and your computer the first time you set it up to sync your machines and then you will be wireless from then on. For the price this printer is vastly superior to other more expensive models on the market.

Canon does great once again.

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I kept wanting a printer for several reasons for awhile, but didn't know what to get. I decided it would be smart to get a scanner, too, for different things that are always coming up. My husband and I were at the store one day and saw this and thought it looked nice in the picture. I read all the features, saw the price and was sold. I trust Canon completely to have high quality products. I can't believe for about seventy dollars we got a printer, scanner and copier. I don't fax, so that is pointless to me. I love how nice it looks on my desk. I love the quality of the printing. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. If I can figure it out, anyone can. I don't use the wireless feature, b...

Canon Pixma 340 is Difficult to Set Up and It EATS Ink

Overall
Rated 2 out of 5

I bought this printer because of the wireless feature, but I don't like this printer near as much as my old Brother Printer. I have given that one to my kids, and might have to trade back! This one is ok, but the drawbacks are: -The software is NOT at all user friendly; it's a real pain to set up! -The ink is expensive, and it runs out very quickly! I have tried using refurbished cartridges, but the printer is very finicky, and will not run well using these.-It is very loud! I about jump out of my seat every time it starts printing!

On the positive side, the scanner is very easy to work, and I don't have a lot of problems with paper jams or ink quality. The color ink looks decent for such a cheap printer. Besides the little, minor annoyances, it is just great... I mean, really, with so many other printers on the market, I wouldn't settle for this one. Unless you happen to get a fabulous, over-the-top deal, I would pass.

It's good, not great!

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I purchased this when my husband bought his laptop back in August.  We still haven't been able to get the WiFi to work...we'll eventually get around to it.  This printer is actually quite loud.  I'm not sure exactly why it has to clank around before it prints anything but it does, and after the print as well.  The fax seems to work fine and the copying works great as well.  I love being able to load my documents on top and have them scroll through and print.  I tried printing a couple of pictures on it last week though and they turned out really bad so I wouldn't recommend printing pictures on here.  I haven't scanned anything in yet so I can't say how that works.  It is nice to look at and not as bulky as other printers we have had.  It also prints nicely (other than pics as I previously discussed).  This printer gets the job done and that's what counts...not alot of bells and whistle's to figure out!!

cannon MX340 printer

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

So about a month ago i decided it was time for a new printer. I went to walmart and found this little beauty. It is reasonably priced and works great. This is a printer, scanner and copier all in one. Its also wireless. You have the on button in the left hand corner for easy access. There is a small screen on the front to let you know if something is wrong like a paper jam (never had one)  or if your out of paper or almost out of ink. Theres easy access to all  the keys you need to operate the machine no matter which thing you are doing. You have the copy, fax and scan buttons right on front along with a keypad of numbers and buttons that help you send a fax. The next set give you ...

It saved the day!

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I purchsed this printer to go places with my son and I. I did not want to spend a fortune. I wanted a printer to be portable, small, easy to use and reliable. I am technologically impared and found it simple to set up. I was leary because the price seemed very low, but I was pleased. I have both a mac and a pc and it works reliably on both systems. I did purchase extra ink as it seems it is harder to come by that that of a standard printer. The onlydraw back is that it needs to be replaced often if you are going to do a lot of printing. The cost of in is comparable to similar printersThe print quality is good. The speed is fast. I have no issues with this printer yet. It seems to be holding up mechanically. We ended up doing more printing than we anticipated. A good value for the money
