I bought this off of QVC.com for a total of $1000 with the 18-55 lens, I know that's much higher then what I should've paid, but making payments is well worth it. Just came back from a week in Illinios/Iowa for the Army & didn't have a whole lot of time to go the Zoo or other family stuff, but I always take this camera with me, cause it takes outstanding pics and is extremely easy to use & can do video without any problems. I wish it would've come with a better zoom lens, but I will be getting more lens shortly. For the money it was well worth it & have always wanted a Canon D-SLR for a very long...
