Great until it won't feed paper anymore.

It was great for a few months but then it stopped feeding paper.  I changed the paper types and did everything I could think of but it wouldn't work.  I found online that I wasn't alone with this problem.  I contacted Canon and they were great about it.   I gave the serial number to them and they...
