Campbell's Select Potato Broccoli Cheese — 

This is the one soup that actually satisfies my craving for Potato Soup when I can't make my home made version.

The consistency of the soup is medium thick -- BIG CHUNKS of potatoes -- just enough broccoli (could use a bit more) and just the right amount of spices.   Not super cheesey but cheesey enough for my tastes.

If you like your potato soup a bit cheesier -- try adding 1 slice of Velveeta or American Cheese -- that gives it a bit more 'zip'.

Unfortunately I can no longer find this soup in Montana :(
