Oh the holidays are here and abounding with sweet potato casseroles, green bean casseroles, pumpkins pies, fudge and should I stop there so you can go look in fridge? Anyway, I am going to enjoy it all once during the Christmas season but I really can't afford to eat the left overs for lunch everyday. So I stocked up on some of the new Campbell's Select Harvest Light Soups to enjoy while others at my table had another helping of cheezy turkey tetrazinni.
