Campbells Cream of Mushroom soup

 A smooth and creamy soup, with little bits of chopped mushroom.Comes in two varietys regular and low sodium.

I use the regular strengh,and add 1% milk and it is still a good quality creamed soup.

A fast side dish :

Adding 1 can of  undiluted cream of mushroom soup to a bag of instant cooked rice,a few tablespoons of milk till it reachs creamy texture desired.(Serve warm)

My secret recipe to a soft meatloaf :

As I was younger and learning to cook many years ago, I had to ask my mom what she had put in her meatloaf to make it so soft and tender..She told me she put a 1/2 can of undiluted Cream of mushroom soup in it... really.?? huh... But she made me promise to never reveal the secret as my dad will not eat it if he knows,as he does not like mushrooms much in his food.

 Additives to my meatloaf are :

lipton beefy onion  dry soup mix,

cambells cream of mushroom soup ( I use a whole can undiluted)

eggs

breadcrumbs

oatmeal

diced small onion

a few small diced slices of green pepper  (optional)
