Campbell's soups have been around longer than I have and my Mom taught me long ago that soup is great for adding to other foods as well as being a bowl of soup on a cold winters day. Growing up I have always loved Campbell's Soups and Cream of Mushroom has to be my favorite because it is not only great plain but it is the perfect ingredient to other dishes.  Each spoonful of soup is creamy and very thick with fresh mushroom slices.  I like the low sodium variety that is also low in fat and calories.  This soup is a great substitute for cream and tastes amazing with boiled rice or creamy mashed potatoes.  For holidays, a green bean casserole is made delicious with this soup.  This is the perfect comfort food on a cold night and a wonderful addition… read full review »
