Campbell's CHUNKY Sirloin Burger with Country Vegetables —

I really like the Campbell's Chunky soups and especially the Sirloin Burger soup with country vegetables. The bottom line is that the soup is really tasty, and it's filling. Around here, we like good food, and we don't like to feel hungry. That may be genetic or just Southern.

To start with, I was not so sure about Campbell's Sirloin Burger. I never put my burgers in the soup. I do make a homemade soup with crumbled hamburger. That's good stuff. So, I thought this canned soup might be sort of like that. In fact, it is close.

Sirloin Burger soup has these little mini looking burgers that even have grill marks. They are about nickel sized but thicker. They are really good too. They are not really like charcoal grilled burgers, but they have a nice flavor.

There are also vegetables in the burger soup. The most obvious are potatoes and carrots. I'm thinking there may be beans. Anyway, it's a mix and all good. The vegetables are not mushy but also not crunchy either.

The soup part is more like a stew broth - kind of thick but still in the soup range. It's real flavorful too.

I like most all soups, but the boys have never been real big on soup. Their dad isn't either and neither was my dad. Hum. Maybe it's a guy thing. I don't know.

In any case, I can serve this up for dinner and no complaints. The guys would rather I cook from scratch, but I'm sure not doing that every night. This is a quick meal that tastes good and sticks to the ribs. Well, it's probably sticks to my middle - sadly.

Sirloin Burger soup by Campbell's is not in the diet line and does have that high salt thing going (as do most all soups). It really is yummy though, and I can enjoy a small bowl with a salad or fruit and feel like I had a meal. The boys (both teens) can scarf this down and burn off the calories and not need a second meal before bedtime.

If you want a good comfort soup, this isĀ a really good pick. Although I am a soup fan, I'm not that keen on most of the canned soups. I'd say this is my favorite. I just had a bowl, and I would like anotherĀ - but I will restrain myself.

I like this one too. It's pretty filling, especially when you don't feel like cooking. :)
