Liberal arts colleges are often small in size and there are hundreds of them located throughout the United States. One small liberal arts college that many might find to their academic liking is Calvin College. This university is considered very good for its challenging educational standards and for its small class sizes and more personalized feel. However, professors at Calvin College are very demanding and have high expectations of students, and this could be considered both a pro and a con. Calvin College offers “Challenging Classes with Professors and Students Who Care” and while it is small in size and thus a little lacking in the social scene arena, Calvin College still rates highly among liberal arts Colleges or Universities.
