Calphalon Pots and Pans Reviews

I love this cookware!  I is extremely durable, and it has lasted me many, many years.  The inexpensive pots and pans I originally bought have all pooped out on me, and I have replaced them gradually with anodized cookware over the years.  What a truly spectacular difference!  I have had some of my anodized cookware for going on 6 years now, and they all could pass for almost new.  Amazing, considering they have been soaked, put in the dishwasher, and occasionally had metal utensils used on them, all of which are strongly not recommended by the manufacturer.  They will develop a build up on...

I recomend the stainless steel set over this one.  The reason is that aluminum has been shown to cause memory problems over time.  also, if you use any aluminum or teflon products you are allowing toxic levels in your foods. All cookware puts something in your food.  Iron or steel products are fine.
