"Calphalon is the gold standard of cookware." Because this non-stick cookware lends itself to "even cooking and easy clean up," many people start replacing all their cookware with Calphalon, and since the price tends to be high, it's a process they work on piece by piece. What sets Calphalon apart from others is that it "heats evenly and nothing buns." It makes a great gift, with those receiving a Calphalon set as a gift calling it "the best present I've ever received. Reviewers believe having used Calphalon non-stick cookware in their kitchens, they wouldn't be able to live without it now. Check out the reviews on individual Calphalon pieces as well.

Most HelpfulThe everyday non-stick Calphalon set is okay for the money. You get what you pay for. If you want a better set you will have to pay for it. The calphalon one non stick will last longer and is more expensive. I think the Calphalon One infused Anodized may be the best of all the set.
This has to be the best cookware ever. It heats evenly and I have never had a problem with cleanup. If you want quality meals for your family you will want this cookware. It may cost a bit more than the other competition, but by far, it is the best. It is non-stick and so plastic wear is required (it can scratch and you will destroy it's ability to heat evenly, not to mention appearance, believe me, I have children to prove it). I have purchased many of these Calphalon pots over the years and although it is expensive, sometimes I have chosen another brand, but I always come back to Calphalon...
review »I have bought several pieces of the Calphalon Non-Stick Cookware. I had a piece called the Everyday Pan, and that is exactly how much I used it. After two years it was pretty scratched up, even though I never used any metal utensils in it. I would only use plastic, wood, or silicone utensils. I have a griddle, and a couple of pans and pots as well. They seem to hold up better because I do not use them as much. I did invest in a large Calphalon stainless skillet, and I am trying to use it more to save my nonstick cookware. I have had other nonstick cookware in the past and it doesn't...
review »I love this cookware! I is extremely durable, and it has lasted me many, many years. The inexpensive pots and pans I originally bought have all pooped out on me, and I have replaced them gradually with anodized cookware over the years. What a truly spectacular difference! I have had some of my anodized cookware for going on 6 years now, and they all could pass for almost new. Amazing, considering they have been soaked, put in the dishwasher, and occasionally had metal utensils used on them, all of which are strongly not recommended by the manufacturer. They will develop a build up on...
review »I absolutely LOVE my Calphlon cookware! It cooks everything so well, and fast. It did take a small adjustment on my part to get use to using them. They heat up evenly and quickly on my glass cooktop.
I would (and have) recommended Calphalon to everybody! If there is a down-side, it would have to be the lack of open-stock in retail stores. I would really like to add to my sauce pans, but can't find them easily and they are usually priced too high for my pocket.
The non-stick feature is probably the best I've ever seen and clean up is so easy. I never put mine through the dishwasher...
review »I have many Calphalon non stick and hard anodized utensils and I have to admit sometimes they do get a little harsh treatment when am busy.
But, these have been so faithful always. The even cooking is amazing. I don't have to ever worry about the bottom sticking and burning. Also, I love the glass lids that close the pots- lets you see through without having to let all the cooking steam out.
I can happily multi-task while using these babies beacause I know they hold up their end of the bargain. Buying a set brand new maybe a costly affair for many, but a smart shopper would know to get them at...
review »My mother inlaw gave us our set for our house warming and I can't live without it...
We treat it like gold , I love cooking now, I feel like I can tackle anything in the kitchen.
While you can't use a high heat with nonstick, you can get a nice even browning and clean up is the best. As long as you are mindful of how you clean them [ never put in the dishwasher ] the time spent on cleaning is nothing.
We watch all of the cooking shows and now I feel like I can really cook like I want to. The best is knowing that I wont have a monster clean up after.
calphalon worth trying ,good product at the market, good for a big number of eggs recepeies , and many other reciepes good price range , ecenomicaly approved non time consuming for cooking & cleaning . for healthy meal with working women ,,may be good too for student at the cap need to learn some tips for storage wrap with paper tissueand keep horizontal
When I bought this set of pans I didn't think much about it. But when I used them for the first time I was in shock. I couldn't believe that I was using ten times less oil to cook with and the pan cleaned so easy. The pamphlet on use & care was so easy to follow. Now my meals are a lot more healthier.
I've had non-stick, tephlon, stainless... it all falls short of what it promisses. This set of cookware is right on the money. Even if I forgot to put oil in the pan it still wouldnt stick like tephlon or stainless does. Cleaning just takes a bit of hot water and a sponge - no arm work out with these pots.
