I got this pan for Christmas last year. *Hanging my head in shame* It took me three months before I finally pulled it out of the trunk of my car and brought it in to use it. I was upset at first that my mother got me cookware... something I learned at a young age never to get a woman as a gift. The first time I used it I learned why it was the exception.

review »I absolutely love the Calphalon 3-qt covered pan. I use it virtually every day because it's perfect for almost everything. It's a great size and holds a lot, but isn't so cumbersome that it can't be easily washed. The lid fits very well and holds in steam and liquid, so I often use it for braising vegetables or meat. The sides are high enough that it avoids much of the splatter that can occur while things are simmering (and I love anything that reduces clean-up!). I also love that this pan is non-stick, and I never have a problem with things sticking even when I don't use oil or any kind...
review »I love this cookware! I is extremely durable, and it has lasted me many, many years. The inexpensive pots and pans I originally bought have all pooped out on me, and I have replaced them gradually with anodized cookware over the years. What a truly spectacular difference! I have had some of my anodized cookware for going on 6 years now, and they all could pass for almost new. Amazing, considering they have been soaked, put in the dishwasher, and occasionally had metal utensils used on them, all of which are strongly not recommended by the manufacturer.
