This site has a great calorie calculator. It also calculates other nutritional info such as fat and protien. If you cannot locate a particular food, the owner of the site is extremely helpful in locating and adding it to his calculator.
The community forums are a great tool too. You can post your progress through a diary or just read about others struggles and success.
