This is yet another solid, high quality California Baby item. We use this California Baby Diaper Rash Cream on a regular basis, in rotation with another popular brand, and find it to be of high qality and consistently good at preventing and resolving diaper rash. It smells fine, applies smoothly, and does the job. I like that it comes in a handy size tube that is easy to use while traveling or out and about. It is easy to toss into diaper bag and the design is easy to grab and find when I'm hunting for it in my bag. I prefer to buy natural-type products for my child, so I buy a lot of California Baby items and have always been pleased. A bonus is that this diaper rash cream is gentle enough to use not only on my baby, but with his cloth diapers as well. Most of the other diaper rash creams out there aren't compatible with cloth diapers or might possibly cause repeling or leaks, but this one seems fine. I recommend trying this out!

This is a really good diaper rash cream. It is made of all natural ingredients and it is really easy to put on your little ones butt. It doesn't have a horrible or strong scent and it works really fast and gets rid of their rash quicker than most other diaper rash medicines there are. You don't have to worry about it making the rash worse because of some ingredients that your baby is allergic to, because these are all natural and will definitely make their rash better within a day or two at the most. Also, just because it is called California Babys doesn't mean that it is only for California Babies lol. It works great for my baby and I am not, nor have I ever been to California. This is a great diaper rash cream and I recommend it to everyone with a baby.

We have used this diaper cream for our son for a while now and are very happy with it! We have tried many different kinds of creams on our son's sensitive bottom and this is one of the best. We also use Weleda Calendula Diaper Care, which is great too. This one I prefer to use for a mild rash or irritation. It is fairly thin compared to other creams so it wipes off easier on the diaper but still works great. We use the Weleda brand for rashes that are more difficult, it goes on thicker and works fantastic. What I really love is that this diaper cream free of harmful chemicals and scents that are not good to use on baby's bottom. It also smells great from the natural herbal oils, not a synthetic fragrance. We keep one in the diaper bag and one at home! We don't have to use it that often anymore now that he's over two, but it really helped us as we were dealing with his sensitive skin issues with different diaper brands.

California Baby's Diaper Rash Cream is our diaper rash cream of choice! We received a bottle of this at a baby shower because my cousin knew that we were going to use cloth diapers. She told us that this cream was safe to use with the cloth. We were very excited about that because we didn't realize that regular diaper rash cream would damage our expensive cloth diapers. When our son was brand new, he had VERY bad diaper rash...very red butt and spots that were so bad that he was bleeding when it was wiped slightly hard. We went to the pediatrician and she said to just use Desitin. We tried Desitin with disposibles as well as California Baby with the cloth. We were recommended to use Aquaphor by my brother-in-law and sister-in-law. We did, with the disposibles, and the diaper rash cleared up. That being said, I dont think that California Baby can clear up BAD diaper rash. It is good for prevention and mild diaper rash. When we need major help, I will go with Aquaphor now.

Everyone that has a baby knows that they must always have a diaper rash cream on hand. Just imagine yourself with a rash of any sort. It would be uncomfortable, itchy, and painful if left untreated. Since babies have to wear diapers all the time, they are much more prone to getting rashes because their bottoms never have time to air out or "breathe". It is pricier than other diaper rash creams but it's definitely worth every penny because it works every single time! I just need to apply some cream on the rash, and it goes away very quickly. My child doesn't have to suffer with the diaper rash for a long time. I've heard that a lot of other diaper rash creams don't work very well or even at all! And plus you can feel confident that you are giving your child the very best and there won't be side effects because the California Diaper Rash Cream is all natural. Anything that is all natural always gives me ease of mind especially when dealing with children or pets. The cream is also not too thick, easy to apply, and smells good. What more can you ask for?

My boy was the diaper rash king. It took me four months to wise up that he was simply allergic to disposable diapers (hello, chemicals) and switch him to cloth diapers. Even then he was prone to rashes, and I resigned myself to a screaming, squirming baby because he was always so uncomfortable. Then, when he was around eight months he got an ear infection, was put on antibiotics and the diaper rash exploded. It wasn't just red; it was bleeding. I was scared to even put cream on it (and the cream never worked, anyway). I paid a visited to our local health food store for some probiotics to counteract the antibiotics, and while there the clerk guided me to this California Baby diaper cream. It was expensive, and I wasn't very enthused about spending the money, but I figured I might as well try it. It was more watery than the pasty stuff, and was rubbed off the by the time I changed his diaper. But, miracle of miracles, his diaper rash was fading. I really don't know what's in it that makes it different, but it works. It also doesn't stain cloth diaper. I have now used it on two boys, and it has cleared up their diaper rashes within a day. I don't care how much it costs; now I swear by the stuff.

I love this diaper cream for my little man! He has never gotten a diaper rash yet and I attribute it to this cream as well as his cloth diapers. I have always put the cream on as a preventive measure as soon as a see a little redness on his bottom. It clears the redness right up! I know a lot of Americans are used to only using cream AFTER a baby gets a rash, but I highly recommend using this cream as a preventive product. I learned to do this from my Bosnian friend! Another great thing about this cream is that you can use it with cloth diapers. Not all creams can be used with cloth diapers because they can ruin the cloth diapers and cause them to wear out quicker. This cream is free of any harsh chemicals so you can feel safe about using on your baby and with cloth diapers. My only two complaints about this cream is that it is quite expensive. However, I find that its worth it as you don't need very much of it. It sure goes a long way. Another small complaint is that it may be a little smelly for some parents. I enjoy the smell of this cream although I can smell it for a few hours on my little guy after I put it on. Overall, I'd still recommend this cream! Especially for those parents who use cloth diapers.

I love all california baby products!!! They are all wonderful but my favorite california baby product is the diaper rash cream by california baby!! I have tried several other name brand diaper creams and store brand diaper creams and nothing comes close to the quality of california baby diaper cream! California baby diaper cream is definately more expensive than all of the other brands that I have tried but it is certainly worth every penny because the quality is there!!! We had to apply the other brands for several days to help with redness and we only have to apply the california baby diaper cream one or two times to stop any redness or irritation. All of the california baby products are all organic and very safe for baby! My son has allergies so I love the fact that they offer their products for sensitive skin. I never think twice now where I need any type of cream or skin product- I always buy california baby!
