The one thing that does annoy me is the dvr lately is acting on its own. I just got a new box and sometimes it won't let me play what I recorded. 

They have an amazing rewards service which allows you to buy things through them for a cheaper price. Also you get two free movie tickets a week on Tuesdays at a movie theater depending on your state and where you live.

They do have great customer service you call and actually get to speak to someone on the phone. They have various types of packages depending on how much you want to spend! They're always running promotions so if you need or want to get cable go with Cablevision.

They get a lot of sports and news channels as well as cartoon and children programming. For people who are foodies they have the food network channel and many other types of channels. I have the basic plan and I highly recommend it!
