CaJohns Fiery Foods Mongoose Extreme Venomous Hot Sauce has more bite to it than their mamba hot sauce did and that is a good thing as more heat beans more of that good burn. Made with Bhut Jolokia, Fatalii, vinegar, natural flavors. I have no idea what natural flavors are in it and hate when things list things that way but it tastes good so I am not going to think about it too much. I never heard of Fatalii before but it is a type of chile pepper. It is hard to get a taste for it as the ghost pepper heat and flavor is pretty strong and with "natural flavors" it is hard to determine what it is that I am tasting if I knew what the natual flavors were it be easier to distinguish but a nice ghost pepper burn lets me forget about lame ingredient labeling. Besides as long as it is hot and tastes good that is all that matters. The more hot sauce the better and a rnice and hot hot sauce is really better. Not the hottest I ever had but I would classify it as hot which means it is way too hot for you normal folks out there who can not take the heat.
