CROCK POT Smart Pot Reviews

I have owned many slow cookers over the years.  I recently upgraded my slow cooker to the Crock Pot Smart Pot.  I love it!  It is oval shaped, to accomodate larger cuts of meat.  It has  high, low, and warm settings, so you can cook your meal no matter how much time you have.  The outside is a stylish brushed stainless steel with black accents and a black ceramic removable pot.  I have used it for parties and it looks great on the counter (some of the older models were really ugly).   The lid is clear glass and has a stay cool knob.  Both the lid and the removable pot can go into the...

I bought the crockpot for the locking lid. After 5 months, the little pieces in the hinge fell off. I called the company and they don't provide pieces, and the crock pot is out of stock. They were kind enough to send me a new crockpot, but it doesn't have the locking lid.
