COX - Cable TV —
in the year i have had cox for cable i have had to change boxes at least 5 or 6 times. the last time i had all the episodes of my favorite show recorded and i lost them. i was pretty upset and i let the tech know it. he couldn't get out of my house fast enough, apologizing all the way. the technology should be far enough advanced by now to make a box that works. it's not worth the $120 a month that i have to pay.Last edited on Apr 21, 2008
