COX COMMUNICATION IS AN OVERPRICED PRODUCT WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE THEM FOR MY HOME AND BUSINESS AND BECAUSE OF ANOTHER FIASCO WITH THIS COMPNAY I AM DROPPING THEM FROM BOTH MY HOME AND MY BUSINESS!

I WILL PUT THE WORD OUT!

I PURCHASED A BUSINESS AND DECIDED TO STICK WITH COX BUT THEY DECIDED AFTER I SIGNED TO INFORM ME I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PREVIOUS OWNERS BILLS! GOOD THING MY ATTORNEY HAD IT IN WRITING THAT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. COX DID NOT WORK WITH ME ON THIS AND SAID BECAUSE I SIGNED I AM THE ONE GOING TO PAY THE OLD OWNERS BILLS OFF.

WELL COX - ONE I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS AND IF YOU CANT COLLECT FROM YOUR OLD ACCOUNTS YOU NEED HELP! WHY WOULD I SIGN TO USE YOUR SERVICE KNOWING THE PREVIOUS OWNER WAS BEHIND IN HIS PAYMENTS?

I AM LOOKING INTO OTHER ALTERNATIVES FOR THE FITNESS GYM AND ITS 20 TV'S! AND ALSO FOR MY HOUSE!

Never heard of that before--the new subscriber being responsibile for the old subscriber's bills. That is ludicrous. Hope you found somebody else.
