It is very hard to quit smoking, this was no help to me

a woman, avid reader, I believe in honesty, a music lover, not rich, budget conscious, willing to pay for quality, into trying new things

Pros

    not as expensive as smoking, takes the pleasure out of smoking

Cons
    abdominal pains, some experience nausea

I tried this product 3 times before I called it quits.  It did work for a 3 week period buy the side affects where not worth staying on it.  Of course I started smoking again.  My doctor has put me on another perscription to tryto help me quit.  This is one product that i would not recommend because of all of the side affects that I had with it.
