It worked for me.

a woman, practical, budget conscious, not disciplined enough

    not as expensive as smoking, takes the pleasure out of smoking, works fast

I used Chantix to quit smoking.  You can smoke for the first week and then you quit smoking.  I noticed in the first week that cigarettes were not enjoyable at all and I did not seem to need or want to smoke as much.  When I quit, I did not have hardly any withdrawal symptoms, just a little bit of wanting a cigarette for the first two days.  In the past I had tried patches and gum, it never worked.  Chantix worked for me.
