CCO Mortgage Review

Horrendous customers service. I am anal-retentive about paying on time and they NEVER post the payments. Even though I received a confirmation by e-mail stating that I successfully submitted payment, the payment does not post. Then CCO tries to charge me late fees. Ironically, I paid them on time for my so-called escrow overage too... through online banking, and it didn't post. I have a confirmation number from my bank and even CCO confirmed it went to the correct address. But, hmmmmm, didn't post. CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't reach them on the weekend... and their website SUCKS. It constantly locks you out --- and if it's on the weekend, you can't get unlocked. I hate CCO and cannot wait to refi with a mortgage company that appreciates a customer who still pays on time. SHAME ON THEM. BTW... they don't even deserve one star...
