C3 Automotive - Plano, TX Review

    C3 Automotive is owned by Larry B. Craghead.  He has two partners-Chuck and Stacy.  I found this Dealership by searching AutoTrader.com. They had quite a few cars from Porches to Hondas, Volkswagens, Toyotas, Nissans...A nice variety in all price ranges.

     I am an absolute dog lover and when I stepped into the office I was greeted by a Black Lab and a Golden Retriever puppy.  I felt immediately comfortable.  Chuck was my main sales person, but all three went out of their way to offer excellent customer service. They have a mechanic on site who thoroughly inspects all of the cars, they fully detail all cars and provide Carfax Reports on every car they sell.

     On the back of their business cards is this quote "Our mission is to faithfully serve the interests of our Clients with honesty and integrity." Once I had completed the purchase I asked questions about good local mechanics. They offer to their customers the same wholesale prices that they get on all parts and labor is very inexpensive. They even told me when I needed new tires, to bring the car in and they would get them for me from Discount Tires at their wholesale and tax-free price.

     Chuck told me his main goal in selling a car to someone is to be able to look them in the eye and shake their hand if he runs into them six months down the road.

      The level of customer service and friendliness was excellent and I ended up feeling great about my purchase.  I really, honestly felt that these were three very honest, decent guys and I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family. And I will most definitely buy another car from them.  They were just great!!!l
