I've been a fan of dim sum (lunch, basically) for a few years now, but have had trouble finding a good place where I could understand what it was that they were offering. C-Fu has a lot of young and fun "trolly pushers" who aren't afraid to tell you what is in each dish -- sometimes it's a bit scary.
The food is great, the service if good and the prices are very reasonable. It's my favorite!
Is the owner in to martial arts or something? I've never been there, but the name of this restaurant is a pun on the Chinese word for a martial arts teacher.
