You get a product to use and typically coupons to share with friends. Then, you just talk about the product to others, sharing your honest opinion. Like this site, you point out the positive and negative, as the point isn't to "make a sale" but just to Bzzzz and get the word out there! Through being a BzzAgent, I've gotten to try make products. Just in the last few months this has really increased! How exciting.
Anyway, after having a conversation (known as Bzzing), you submit a BzzReport with the details and are rewarded with points, which you can turn in for incentives. There is also a tier program, so if you are an active agent, you will move up quickly!
There is a section of the site that is called the FrogPond. This is all about websites. The idea is the same: spread the word, but you don't have to submit any reports.
