I've been a member of bzzagent.com for over a year and I've loved it since my first campaign.
The basic concept is that bzzagent.com sends you free stuff to try out and then report on. The idea is that you fill out surveys on the product and also "bzz" your friends, families, coworkers, strangers, etc. to get the truthful word out about the product that you're "bzzing." Your opinions don't have to be all positive either, you can "bzz" about the product based on how you genuinely feel about it with no adverse effects. The rules are simple - you have to disclose that you're a bzzagent and the rest is up to you.
Bzzagent.com offers a rewards system based on "bzzpoints" - but I'll be the first to admit that the good stuff is snatched up quickly. I've been a member for what seems like forever and I've yet to cash in on a single one. Usually I'm too slow, but for me the real reward is the free stuff that I get to try out, sometimes before it even hits store shelves.
Some of my favorite campaigns have been Copportone sunscreen and Listerene Whitening Strips and I just got signed up for a Sonicare UV Sanitizer for my electric toothbrush heads!
