BzzAgent.com Review

BzzAgent.com describes itself as a "word-of-mouth (WOM) marketing network to try new products and spread word of mouth."  What does that mean?  An opportunity for everyday people like myself to try products for FREE!  And who doesn't like FREE?

When I first joined BzzAgent.com I had no idea what I was doing and how to obtain free products to try.  It was a little bit confusing with terms like Bzzing, Honeycomb, and Frog Pond.  It took some time for me to review the website to get the hang of it.  And to be honest, I'm still not 100% knowledgeable about everything BzzAgent but I know enough to make my way through the website and earn my way to free products.

To be eligible for involvement in campaigns (the free stuff!), you need to earn your way up the Honeycomb ladder by taking surveys and reviewing websites in the Frog Pond.  I've been involved with BzzAgent.com for probably about a year now and I'm still only at a Level 2 Early Invite status, which means that I have a better chance of getting invited to participate in campaigns than other less status-ey people.  Ideally, I would love to have been at a higher level by now but I don't put the effort into it that I should.  I've heard that you need to check the website each day to get the best results.

So far, I've been an active participant in three campaigns.  I just finished the Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner campaign and am waiting to receive my current campaign, the Game Wave(TM) Family Entertainment System.  I had to pay $30 for this campaign, which is a deal compared to the retail cost of $50 or more. 

That said, while most campaigns are free to participate in, there are some that will cost money.  Until recently, I turned down all campaigns that required me to pay for a product.  I only decided to try the Game Wave (TM) Family Entertainment System after checking other reviews for it on Viewpoints (of course!).

My overall opinion of BzzAgent.com is very positive.  While it can be hard to earn your way up the ladder and get picked for many campaigns, the opportunity is there and the rewards are worth the effort (and patience).
