When I first saw this mixer (a present from the in-laws) I honestly thought it was a joke. I couldn't tell what it was at first. When I finally saw that it was a mixer, my first thought was how am I going to use this? It looks like a family heirloom that needs to stop being passed down. Mixing Performance I will be honest I only used this thing once and that was while my family that gave it to me was visiting. I hate how it looks and how it works. Ease of Cleaning I will say that the one time I used it, it was easy to clean. Once I figured how to work it, it was easy to clean all the parts of it. Ease of Use I couldn't figure out how to work the thing! The whole product is just a nightmare. Design The picture actually does it justice, this looks worse in person. It doesn't match anything and the design make its hard to figure how it works at first. Durability Unfortunately this product hasn't broken yet. I would love to see it break somehow but it is to my dismay durable.

A wonderful product i came across while shopping online which is so useful in kitchen that it reduces cooking time and all the hassels of cutting mixing the raw food. And grinding spices, herbs has become so easy with it.. It most useful for wet grinding to make purees pastes and whipping cream .. One of the most versatile kitchen equipment has a number of attachments and accessories of its own. Initially I was somewhat disappointed by the fact that ice cubes crushing required what seemed an excessive amount of force. But that turned out to be my own fault. I'd failed to read the instructions specifying that the mixer should be turned to Speed 3 for grinding ice. The grinder is also expandable with a separate fruit and vegetable strainer accessory that lets you make things. With having so many functionalities it's almost unimaginable that someone who's into food and likes to cook wouldn't have a Butterfly Grinder.
