Juicest turkey I have ever made.

I have cooked turkeys for many years. But they have been mostly frozen ones. This year I decided to get a fresh one so that I would not have the bother and mess of having to thaw one out. I work a full-time job and sometimes work more that 1 hour away from home covering offices for other people on vacation and it was just not convenient to buy a frozen one and worry about being home to change the water every couple hours. Every year i buy a fresh butter ball turkey for Thanksgiving. This year I did not; only to go out on Friday and buy one and have my dinner all over again. Butter Ball Turkeys are the best. They are juicy, tender, and not a lot of grissle. They have always been cleaned to past my expentations. I would recommend them to everyone.
