Is this real shampoo?

treating my hair with TLC, picky about my shampoos, budget conscious, into trying new things
Pros

    friendly to the environment, smells great

Cons
    leaves hair greasy, nonexistant lather

Burt's Bees Very Volumizing Pomegranate and Soy Shampoo — 

I recently purchased the Burts Bees Baby Bees shampoo and body wash and loved it. I thought I would try the "adult" shampoo figuring it would be great too.

I admit the fragrance is wonderful but I was disappointed overall. The shampoo doesn't make a rich lather like I am used to but perhaps that is due to the more natural ingredients. My hair also feels extremely greasy and limp after use.

I am willing to give it one more try, but I have to say I am disappointed.
