Burt's Bees Acne Cleanser is not for me

I am usually a big fan of Burt's Bees products. That's one of the reasons I was excited to try the Burt's Bees Acne solutions Cleanser along with the fact that it is a natural product. After trying this for several months, I can say that I am not really impressed. The cleanser is thinner than a gel which I don't like, although it does lather pretty well. The first thing that turned me off of this product was the scent. It's very strange. I guess I prefer more fresh scents. The Burt's Bees Acne Cleanser left my face feeling really dry, but not any more than other acne cleansers on the market. I think that as a normal facial cleanser this product works just fine, but would probably not do much for those with an acne problem. I do not have serious acne, but my skin is never completely clear. I always have a pimple or two, with a very occasional breakout. I found that this product did nothing to change or improve the condition of my skin.

This is such a great product! I tried this product after using another acne treatment for years. The old treatment worked great to begin with, but started to loose effectiveness after several years. Burts Beeswax Acne Solutions was the first product I picked off the shelf - I loved the fast that it is environmentally friendly, so I gave it a go. I couldn't be happier! It worked wonders on my acne and it worked fast! I was able to see results within the next day, and after a few days my acne had cleared up!

My only complaint is that this brand is a bit spendy if you don't use coupons or find a good sale - although I would like to add that a little goes a long way.

I have had acne for about ten years, so I feel I have literally tried everything. I came across Burts Bees acne solution after a friend recommended it to me. I loved that it was a natural acne product, that is something you dont come across every day. I do my best to use natural and green products in all aspects of my life. This product was gentle, and there wasnt an overwhelming smell like you get from other products made with strong chemicals. I felt comfortable using this product because I knew it was a safe and natural product. My face improved so much after using this. My skin will never be perfect, but I think just using somethign that wasnt overladen with chemicals and foreign substances really made that difference. I highly recommended Burts Bees to my brother and sister who are also long time acne sufferers, and they were just as happy with the results. Give it a try, I do not hink you will be dissapointed!

I got this as a gift really, and I wasn't really sure what to expect from it, but it sounded cool because it was all natural. I really liked that it was easy to use, and it seemed to really work for me. 

I have tried a couple of different products, but I don't think any have worked for me as well as Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions. I was really shocked at how well it worked on me considering I was going pimple crazy at the time. I really wanted something to work and Burt's Bees really did it. 

I am not sure how they made such an amazing product. But I am really glad they did. Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions does work, and if it doesn't work, hey at least you aren't putting ...

I believe I went to the Burt's Bees website back when there was a short survey you could take about acne and depending on your questions, you could receive a sample of Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions Gel Cleanser. I tend to have combination skin which means some parts are oily like my forehead, but other areas tend to dry, like my chin. Anyway, my sample arrived in 6-8 weeks and it turned out to be a tiny little vial which is good for 1-2 uses depending on how much you put on when you cleanse. The yellow color threw me off sort of, because I'm not used to yellow acne fighting products...I'm used to clear or white. It was easy to apply, you just wash your face and then apply the gel on. It was surprisingly watery in itself when I thought gel is more thick. My skin didn't magically turn clear the next day or anything, but it did feel softer and I didn't get any new zits, so that's definitely good.

The Burt's Bees gel cleanser is in my opinion the best facial clenser ever made. I am not able to use Noxema or the like because my face stings and burns, so I was a little leary about trying this cleanser. I am so glad that I did. It did not sting or burn my face and it also left my face feeling so fresh and clean. Even though it is a little on the expensive side it is deffinately worth every single penny spent on it.

I recieved a bottle once from BzzAgent ( I am a part of that site) for  free but I have been buying it ever since because I love how it cleans. Another plus for the cleanser is that it is all natural without harsh chemicals. I am not someone who is 100% using all the time all natural products, I am far from that but I have switched completely when it comes to Burt's Bees. That one little product changed my hygenic life. It also does work for acne and you do not even need to use a toner after.

I recommend this product to everyone everywhere.

I never had a problem with acne, until I hit about 25 years old.  I have tried many many things that cost more money than they are worth.

I was spending 60$ a month on this program that did what it said it would do, but I found I was still getting those problem pimples that are under the skin.  I was introduced to Burts Bees and let me tell you after 2 weeks, I had noticable, and visible changes to my skin.  After 1 month, my acne was gone.  I love this stuff, it is 99.4 % natural, ( makes you wonder what that other.6 is )  It leaves a glow to my skin that may only be noticable to me, but that's a good thing I suppose.

I am 25 and by this age most people do not have acne. I am a disadvantaged one and I still suffer from mild acne. I have tried a lot of things trying to get rid of pimples or at least make it less visible, but no success.

Burt's Bees has done it yet again with a line of all natural products in a effort to combat the effects of acne.

using this cleanser makes my skin feel soft and with no irritiation, what I like most about the cleanser is that it was not tested on animals and smells fantastic.

I was fortunate enough to particiapte in the bzzcampagin for it. the actual bzzkit contained some samples of the on spot solution and a card for chathreads.com, the people I bzzed, seemed to really like the solution and how it softened their skin. the only thing we didn't like was the price, it will run you about $10 for the "on spot" solution, the cleanser and the face wash. the facial scrub costs a "jaw dropping" $18!!!!!

if you are looking for a natural way to clear you skin and won't mind paying a little then burt's bees acne solution products are for you!

I am a member of BzzAgent and recently received a free kit of new Burt's Bees products to try in exchange for sharing my honest opinion of the products.  One of those products is Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions Targeted Spot Treatment and the other is Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions Purifying Gel Cleanser.  Since I have used Burt's Bees products before, I had high expectations for this product, but was left a little disappointed.  I don't generally have acne, but during that special time of the month for women, I do incur pimples on my chin due to hormones.

I absolutely love Burt's Bees products because they are all natural and never tested on animals.  I was excited to try the Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions Purifying Gel Cleanser because it was their new Acne Solutions formula.  I really love this face wash because it is cool and soothing and doesn't have a strong scent.  It lathered up well and didn't leave a residue on my face.  It washed clear away and I have noticed a lot of improvement in the condition of my skin.  I seem to have less blemishes and acne, and my pores seem to be smaller.  I love that this rinses away the dirt and grime and unclogs pores.  I feel good about using it too since it is a great natural product.  The ingredients are simple and it is paraben free.  The gel also works as a moisturizer because after I use it, my skin is really soft.  The gel is lightweight so it doesn't feel greasy or oily and washes off easily for clean and clear skin, that I really love.

The Burt's Bee Acne Solutions Cleanser is pretty different from other products on the market but it is not something that I am really into. I did not find that it helped with my acne, if anything, I feel as though it irritated my skin. The cleanser has a really interesting smell to it which made me feel a little sick. I am more of a Sea Breeze person and found that this product did not work as well as I hoped it would. I still love the Burt's Bee's line but I have not found much success with their cleanser line. I think that it definitely a product worthy trying and would not dissuade anyone from giving this product a try. It definitely depends on what type of skin type you have. One of my daughters tried this product and it turns out that it worked pretty well for her and she loves the smell of it. She thinks it reminds her of honey which is not surprising since bees make honey. They are affordable.

I was looking for a natural face wash that would sooth my mild acne without drying out my skin. I've been concerned that a lot of unnatural chemicals actually cause breakouts. I wanted to treat my skin to some natural soothing elements. I had used other Burt's Bees products and have been impressed with their natural goodness. I purchased this face wash and love how it makes my face feel. So clean, but not drying. I believe it's based on witch hazel. It smells fresh and very natural. The consistency is a little thinner than other face cleansers I've used, but that is a minor issue. It lathers up enough on my face. I will continue to use this product and look for others from Burt's Bees. I love that it doesn't contain all those chemical additives. It's now a pleasant part of my nighttime routine. I'm a huge Burt's Bees fan! Just look for the cheerful yellow packaging. It is available in Target and other similar stores.
