I really like this lotion when I get acne on my face. I don't think this reduces the acne but the lotion is very gentle and doesn't let it get worse. I use this after using some strong soap on my face. I feel like this lotion soothes the face and let the skin relax after being treated with something strong. I didn't notice any side effects. The price is also reasonable and I use the lotion for months once I buy it. Effectiveness I think this is effective in keeping the acne stable. It doesn't really reduce the spots or treat them. But if you use it with some other strong treatment, this will keep the results stable and leave your skin nice and smooth. Ease of Application It is very easy to use and absorbs well. Convenience This is very convenient to carry around and use throughout your day. Side Effects I didn't experience any side effects. The ingredients are safe and the lotion is super gentle. Immediacy This won't show immediate results but use it with something else and it will keep the acne level low.

I have combination skin, oily in the t-zone, dry on the cheeks, and am prone to break-outs. I started using this lotion about a week ago and have noticed that I am having fewer breakouts and that my skin has a nice rosy glow in the mornings. I do find that it works better at night, a little too heavy for me to wear under my make-up during the day.

I'm 25 and have struggled with break outs off and on since my teen years. Recently, I had a child and my skin kind of took on a life of it's own. I was looking for a moisturizer that would work on my combination skin but not make me break out. I was a little wary of the price but I figured I would give it a try. This lotion does have a heavier consistancy, as some people mentioned so I usually use it only at night and it take so little! When I wake up in the morning, my face doesn't feel dry or have any flaky patched and there are no new pimples. If I do use it in the morning, I apply less than I would as night. I really like that this moisturizer is all natural- I don't feel like I'm putting a bunch of crazy chemicals on my face. I also like the smell- it smells kind of fruity to me, but that's obviously an individual thing... The only "con" that I can think of (and it's not really a huge one) is that it is a little more explensive than other lotions. But if you think of how little you need to apply, it should last a long time!

This is a great, all-natural solution to acne problems.  The pump gives you the perfect amount for your face, and dries smooth, leaving your skin feeling super soft, without feeling greasy.  This lotion makes my face feel as smooth as a baby's skin, and no face lotion has ever done that for me before.  It has a different smell to it than other acne lotions since it is all natural, but I really enjoy the smell; it relaxes me.  The natural smell has sort of an aromatherapy effect on me.  It's a bit pricier than other acne lotions, but well worth it.

I really liked this product. It really worked on my skin, it lessened my acne which was getting really irritating. I recommend this product to your daily cleansing routine. Though it stings my face a little, which may be different depending on your skin sensitivity, it is worth the little pain.

My children and I all use Burts Bees Acne Lotion. I have adult hormonal acne, and their ages range from 14, 16, 21 so they all have varying degrees of acne. I find it works well for each of us and especially does not dry out my skin or cause any irritation. The smell is not anything great, but I appreciate the fact that it does not have added fragrances. Although its a little more expensive then a store brand, I find it well worth the price because of the quality, and purity. The Burts bees brand also indicates to me that only the best ingredients are in the acne lotion and the results are visible on the whole family s skin. Also the fact that it doesnt have alcohol added is definitely a plus. I have started many an acne treatment only to abandon it due to peeling and dryness. I have nothing negative to say about Burts Bees Acne Lotion and will continue to buy it and use it in the future.

Finally!! Something that's clearing up my acne, naturally! A friend of mine told me about this new Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions Moisture Lotion when I was complaining to her about the acne that had been plaguing me for months. I'm twenty five, and I still have breakouts every month, but lately I've had spots that would not clear up no matter what I tried! It was so bad that my husband told me to buy some ProActive or something to clear it up but I didn't want to put a bunch of chemicals on my face, even if it would clear up my acne. I'm a big fan of Burt's Bees products because they use all natural ingredients, so when I heard about this stuff I was excited to try it out! I've been using this lotion for over a month now and I'm happy to say that my awful acne areas are finally clearing up! And without the use of chemicals, I might add. I only gave this product 4 stars because it is pretty expensive, but it's working for me so I will definitely buy it again!

I have always loved Burt's Bees products, so when I found their Natural Acne Solutions products, I had to give them a try.  I'm really glad I did!  When I first used the moisturizer, it smelled kinda funny to me and the consistency was really liquid-y.  I was unsure if it would moisturize well enough.  I eventually got over the smell (it's not that bad) and found that it moisturized sufficiently, if not extremely well.  I just pair it with a moisturizing foundation and it works out fine.  But the amazing thing is, my skin is clear!!!  It significantly reduced my blemishes almost immediately.  I still get breakouts occasionally, but they're not half as bad as they used to be!  I love this product and will continue to buy it!

I accidentally found **Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions Moisturizing Lotion** while exploring our new superstore.  It was on an end cap and since it said natural -- I took a closer look.  I've been trying to explore more natural options, so this seemed like it would fit the bill. First thing I noticed about the Moisturizing lotion is that it doesn't go on feeling greasy.  Generally, I avoid things that say "lotion" for putting on my face.  I really don't need more oil, and on my face lotion=oil no matter how kind it's supposed to be on your face.  I just have very oily skin and have all my life. I've tried to figure out how to combat that problem for as long as I can remember.  Now that I'm getting older, I get the joys of wrinkles and oil -- go figure. My philosophy has always been to at least try a new product if it seems after reading about its virtues that it will work -- it has cost me a lot over the years with products I end up throwing out or just sitting on my self taking up space.  This time however, was a little different...**Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions Moisturizing Lotion** doesn't make my face feel greasy as I apply it as other lotions in the past have done.   Unfortunately, it does start to feel greasy with time if I do not apply other products.  If I just put the lotion on about 15-20 minutes later I can feel a slight tackiness, and 1-2 hours later I can see and feel the shine.  This in comparison to other products is actually positive results. In comparison to other similar products that shine is generally there as I'm applying the product and it feels heavy going on -- not with **Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions Moisturizing Lotion**.  Also, if I use this with my foundation it doesn't create a heavy feel as other similar products do when applied underneath my foundation. On the other hand, I've also noticed that while it does make my face feel a little greasy without using my foundation, my face has started having less breakouts in general -- so, yes it works. I don't think there will be a product that does what this does (slow acne and not dry out your skin) and doesn't make my face feel greasy -- unfortunately that's just my personal "make-up" and I or a product can't do anything about it. This product is above average in comparison to similar products I've used.  I'm going to continue to use it -- I like that it's natural, but I'm not unwilling to explore new options if they become available.
