I began using the Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions 4-Product Regimen about two years ago. I only used it for two months because I had a lot of issues with it. I really like that it was natural. The first issue I have is the price. I could not find the four products boxed together anywhere, so I had to buy them separately. They were very expensive that way. The next issue I have is the smell. The smell was really strong, and it burned my eyes. The face wash wasn't so bad, but the other products were horrible. Finally, it did not help with my acne at all. It did leave my face feeling very clean, but a lot of other products do that as well. I gave this a 6 because it didn't make my acne worse either. I have very sensitive skin, and everything makes me break out. This didn't make my acne worse, so maybe it would be a good option for someone who doesn't have much acne. As much as I love natural products, they don't work too well for acne.

Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions is a great, natural cleansing regimen for those who already have clear skin and want to proactively work to prevent future breakouts. However, how those suffering moderate to severe acne this set is likely to leave you wanting. Effectiveness I found these products work well for cleansing and maintaining skin that is already clear. However, they did little to treat existing breakouts. Ease of Application These products are very easy to use, with the only exception being the spot treatment. It's a liquid, so it's runny and doesn't really stay where you put it... Which kind of defeats the point of a spot treatment. I applied it with my finger tips because I found that to be most effective but it's not a fool-proof method. Convenience These are easy to use products that are relatively easy to find, so in that sense they are pretty convenient. They are affordable and made by a well-known and trusted brand. Side Effects I didn't notice any side effects while using this products. I didn't experience any drying or redness. Immediacy If you're looking for immediate results you should consider looking elsewhere. These are slow to act, and won't magically clear up your acne. These are good cleaners for those with clear skin to start, but I wouldn't recommend them to those who are actually seeking an effective treatment.

I try to use natural ingredients as often as I can. For that reason, I really like Burt's Bees Products. I especially like using Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions 4-Product Regimen. These products are gentle enough to use on my sensitive skin. It doesn't cause me any skin irritation, and it's gentle enough to use daily. It works really well to keep my skin from breaking out, and it also helps reduce the amount of blemishes I have. This Burt's Bees product is a little expensive, but I don't mind since it is natural and I know it doesn't have harsh chemicals in it like some of the cheaper brands do. Effectiveness This really helped clear up my skin and it keeps it from breaking out. Side Effects My skin tends to be sensitive, but I don't have any problems with this product causing negative side effects. Immediacy Within about two months, I saw that my face was noticeably more clear. This worked pretty quickly in comparison to other face washes and cleansers.

I am probably not the "typical" acne treatment customer. I never really had acne issues until I was pregnant with my daughter in my late 20's. Then for some reason my skin decided to go nuts. I have very sensitive skin and knew that I wanted something without a bunch of harsh chemicals that would irritate my skin. I tried a few different things before discovering Burt's Bees at Target. It made my skin feel clean and smooth without feeling tight, dry or itchy. Because I was older and tend to have dry skin anyway the spot treatment didn't seem like it was perfect for me. It would clear up any pimples but also leave the skin in that spot dry and scaly. So I just didn't use it much. I also used the moisturizer more heavily than a teenager would probably need to but since it is available separately that wasn't a big deal to me either. It seemed totally worth it to clear up my skin and have it feel fresh and healthy.

I have always had very bad acne and every now and then I see myself trying something new and different just to see what works. Well my friend recommended the Burt Bee's Natural Acne solutions to me and I got it to try out. I have to say I love that it is all-natural and is not very harsh to the skin, also it is not very greasy and it goes on smooth. It is easy to use and it smells much better than most acne solutions. I have also noticed a smoother skin since I started using it; however the solution is not very effective when it comes to removing acne. I have to say that since I started using it, I have not noticed any huge difference on my face or on my acne but my skin looks more radiant and smooth than it was before I started using it. On another note, it is a little more expensive but I believe that is because it is natural. Overall I may recommend it only if you want something mild and natural to try.

While I realize most of Burt's Bees products are natural and without dangerous ingredients, in the acne catagory I really have not seen any positive results. My grandson has an acne problem and I have tried a number of products, most to little to no avail. I did the Burt's Bees regimen on him for the entire recommended period, but he still had acne and I saw no positive results. It was very disappointing, especially since these products are expensive and I don't have the money to waste on products that don't work. I really don't like Burt's Bees in this catagory and it is unlikely that I will buy it again. I have tried numerous products for the treatment of acne and honestly, this is one of the last I tried. I was trying to eliminate them one by one as per effectiveness and I have to say, this product nears the bottom of the list for me. Effectiveness Was not at all effective in the elimination of acne. Ease of Application Was easy enough to apply. Convenience Was convenient but also was ineffective. Side Effects No side effects noticed. Immediacy There was no immediate result from the use of this product in the treatment of acne.

I do not have acne all the time but experience pretty bad break outs about once a month. My normal routine using a daily facial soap and my anti wrinkle cream does not help my skin whenever I experience such breakouts so I use this Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions 4-Product Regimen. I prefer to keep the products I use on my face natural and this Burt's Bee product is wonderful because it has Willow Bark Extract which helps unclog your pores and keep your skin free and clear of pimples. You first wash your face with the purifying Gel cleanser, which is very pleasant to use and definitely leaves your skin feeling extra clean. After washing your face, you apply the daily moisturizer, which is a bit heavier than people might expect, but it goes on nicely and leaves your skin pretty soft. The pump on the bottle is really practical, even though I always find myself taking the pump out when the bottle gets empty so that I can scoop out the lotion at the bottom. Finally (and you want to wait until the lotion on your face has been completely absorbed), you use the spot treatment (I use a Q-tip for that purpose) to treat the pimples and blemishes. By taking all three steps over a week's period, my acne always goes away and looks healthy and not dried out (which can be the case when using medicated acne treatments, which will really dry out your skin). I love this treatment because it is natural, the products smell pleasant, and I get results. I would recommend this regimen for light to mild acne only though, because I am not sure it would work as well on someone with severe acne. Effectiveness I always see results after using the products for about a week. It is gentle on your skin and will not dry it out. Ease of Application The regimen is very easy to follow, first wash, second moisturize, then use the spot treatment. I do this twice a day and see results within a week. Side Effects Because this product is made using natural ingredients, it will not dry out your skin at all and will help it get back to its normal state gently over time. Immediacy It will take about a week of treatment, morning and evening, to see results. This product works best for people with light to mild acne.

I would recommend Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions 4-Product Regimen to someone with sensitive skin because the products are very gentle. I, personally, need just a touch of something just a little stronger. I suffered no ill effects from using these cleansing products and it left my face feeling clean with no redness from strong chemicals. It does smell a little weird but that's just the natural smell that we're not used to anymore in this overly perfumed world. It could be worse. The smell won't burn your nose, as I said, it's just weird. I would love to be able to say that all of the products that I use are all natural. That's why I love to try this type of stuff out. Burt's Bees is a brand that I truly love and it kills me to have to say that the Natural Acne Solutions just didn't work for me. My skin is oily and the zits are pretty stubborn. I gave this regimen a try much longer than I tried any other product but I just could not get the results that I felt like I needed.

This Burt's bees acne regime system is pretty unimpressive. There are quite a few things that I did not like about it at all. The first being the packaging. For some of the products in the kit, I find that the product comes out way too quickly and wastes a lot. I also do not like the smell of it at all. It has a very strong, chemical and other smell that I cannot place, maybe anise, that does not agree with me. I find that the smell also lingers for quite a while after I've used the product. These are all issues that I could put up with easily if I found that the product worked at all. But I do not find that this regime was efficient in helping to clear up my pimples. I may have seen an improvement here and there in a few stubborn spots that refused to clear up, but nothing drastic. I definitely had much higher hopes for this acne regime because I am a pretty big fan of Burt's bees products, but it is just not one that I would buy again.

I really like Burt's Bees products and this acne solution worked great without so many of the harsh chemicals that other acne treatments often contain. Effectiveness Burt's Bees acne solution works great for mild acne. I don't know how effective it would be on more severe acne, but it works great for mild acne. Ease of Application Burt's Bees acne solution is easy to apply and easy to use. Convenience Burt's Bees acne solution is very easy and convenient to use. The packaging is simple and the directions are easy to follow. Side Effects I had no side effects from using Burt's Bees acne solution. It worked great without all the harsh chemicals that other acne treatments contain. There are so many acne treatments that dry out your skin and make it red and blotchy. I didn't have any of that with Burt's Bees acne solution. Immediacy Burt's Bees acne solution takes a little longer to work, as do many more natural acne products. But I feel better about using something more natural on my skin that something filled with harsh chemicals.
